Tuesday, August 24th, 2010Please join us as we walk Through the Doors of Northmoor on a tour of homes with historic beauty, enviable updates and private river vistas in the Northmoor neighborhood.

Pre-Sale Admission $12
Advance tickets can be purchased at SoBo Style at 3282 North High Street, Moxie’s at 3339 North High Street, and the Clintonville Farmer’s Market from 9am - 12pm on Saturday, September 11, 2010 (cash or check only). Tickets can also be purchased online (credit card only) here.
Day-of Admission $15
Tickets may also be purchased the day of the tour at the corner of Hollenback Rd and Milton Ave (entrance to the library and Whetstone Community Center).
Pre-Tour $50
For $50, attendees may begin the tour at 11am and finish anytime through 6pm. The regular tour begins at 1pm. Only homeowners, volunteers and a limited number of pre-tour attendees will be permitted through the homes for these two early hours. Pre-tour tickets area available online only here.
Where do Clintonville Homes Tour Proceeds go?
Your participation in the Clintonville Homes Tour supports non-profit organizations in our community and projects that make Clintonville an even better place to live. During the tour, stop by the Community Fair (corner of Irving Way and Montrose Way) to learn more about the good work of our featured organizations, and cast your vote to help determine how the Clintonville Community Fund will distribute proceeds from the tour.
Volunteers Needed
Volunteers are needed for the day of the tour in 2 or 3 hour shifts. Email clintonvillehomestour@gmail.com with your interest. All volunteers committing to at least a 2 hour shift will be able to take the tour for free.
